After a spell of racing and then running my own team, I decided to get into the teaching side of riding.

I have to say that working with riders of all levels, whether they ride on the road or the track I constantly see such vast improvements in such a short space of time, it amazes me ....
It just doesn't get any better than this school for improving your riding skills.

We quite happily spend 300- 500 pounds on a helmet, but spend little or nothing on what goes inside it.
